Dear guest at Icehorse Festival 2020 

To limit the spread of Corona virus – Covid-19 the Danish government has called to postpone or cancel all events with over 100 people. In light of the aggravated situation where the spread of infection is accelerating, and that we must start the event’s construction as early as 28.3, we have to take our part of the responsibility – which is why the Icehorse Festival is unfortunately canceled. 

We will refund your ticket during week 12, but due to administrative costs, DKK 30,- will be deducted from the amount drawn per ticket / campsite / VIP. We hope your understanding, if this raises questions or issues, please contact us directly at info@icehorsefestival.com

The amount will be paid back to the account associated with the card you used for the ticket purchase. If you have changed the bank since the purchase and your money doesn’t show on you bankaccount within 14 days, please contact info@sporti.dk with the new information. 

We would like to thank you for the great support and understanding we have met after the cancellation of the Icehorse Festival. We were very much looking forward to a huge Icelandic horse party with you in April. 

We also thank our partners and suppliers for their great understanding and support. 

As soon as possible, we will announce the date of the Icehorse Festival 2021.

Several have asked if you can keep your registration for next year. Unfortunately, we cannot offer this, as it is an administrative and financial burden for the company. But we are working on optimizing the enrollment process for next year and hope to see you all in 2021.
